Episode 53: Captive For 24 Years / Girl In The Basement (Case - Elizabeth Fritzl)

She was held captive for 24 years in the secret basement of the house that she grew up in. During her captivity she gave birth to 7 children - all in the dark with nothing but a pack of diapers and a pair of scissors.

For 24 years there were two families residing in one house.

The “family above” lived a normal life. Celebrating holidays. Taking pictures.

The “family below” lived a life with no sunlight, mold on the walls, and torment beyond imagine.
